The internet cuts. The till doesn't.
Sales, shifts and receipts carry on offline, and sync by themselves when the line is back.
EV POS is the point-of-sale and stock system built for shops in Lebanon. It keeps selling when the internet cuts, takes dollars, lira, Whish and OMT, and puts every sale, refund and shift on the owner's phone the moment it happens.
Figures from the development team's test runs, October 2026.
Sales, shifts and receipts carry on offline, and sync by themselves when the line is back.
Cash in USD or LBP at the day's rate, Whish and OMT with their reference, split payments, and change in the currency you choose.
Approve refunds and discounts from your phone, get an alert when the shop doesn't open on time, and review every shift from wherever you are.
Every sale is written to the register first, together with its place in the sync queue, in one step. When the connection returns, the queue goes up in order and the server accepts each sale once: never twice, never lost.
An app that installs on your phone straight from the browser. It shows today's sales, the open shift with the cash that should be in the drawer, and whether each register is online.
Each shift opens against a float plan, note by note in each currency. At closing the cashier counts the drawer blind, without ever seeing the expected amount. That amount comes from drawer movements only, so a Whish sale doesn't touch it, and the difference per currency goes to your phone.
Cashiers never see totals, costs or margins unless you allow it. Each permission is set per person, with limits such as a 10% discount ceiling, and an automated test checks that cashier screens never receive those numbers in the first place.
Draw your shop once — walls, shelves, bins — and every bin gets a code like W2-S3-B04 and a label of its own. Stock only moves through a ledger nothing is ever erased from, so every piece has a history and cost follows a moving average.
The EV Print Agent runs on the register PC and drives the 80 mm receipt printer, the cash drawer and the label printer. It shapes Arabic itself, so letters join properly, and keeps a 90-day print journal to recover anything printed while offline.

Account customers buy on credit within a limit you set, and going over it needs your approval before payment. Each credit sale is its own invoice with a due date, and payments go to the oldest first or to the invoices the customer chooses.
Scan the receipt, pick the lines and the reason, and the request reaches your phone. A slip prints with a signature line, and the item goes back on the shelf or is written off as damaged.
Sales, shifts, stock, expenses and credit, with Excel export and a summary for every day.
Record an expense from the drawer or from the owner, with a photo of the receipt and who asked for it.
Every screen, receipt, label and report in both languages, with clear Latin digits.
Purchase orders over WhatsApp, goods receipt, stock held at the supplier, payments and supplier statements.
Shelf counts with the shelf locked while counting, and official invoices for customers.
Each shop gets its own system on its own domain, like sys.yourshop.com, with your logo on the screens and receipts. It runs on the register, phone and office PC from the browser, with nothing to install.
Every part is built to be hard to tamper with, from the register down to the database.
Each shop's data is isolated from every other shop inside the database itself.
Required for owners, with register PINs and a 2-minute auto-lock.
Every change is recorded in a linked chain, and any tampering shows.
Off-site backups every hour, so at worst no more than an hour is lost.
Cashier screens never receive costs or totals, and an automated test checks it.
They need a different workflow, so they get their own modules.
EV supplies and installs one standard kit for each register, ready to sell from day one.
With a UPS the register stays on, and EV POS keeps selling offline. Sales, shifts and receipts sync by themselves when the connection is back, and each sale arrives exactly once.
